Get Healthy Live Better works hard to make sure every order is correct, shipped quickly, and that everyone is satisfied.
Shipping rates are determined by weight. For orders under 10 pounds there is a flat rate of $3.95. Orders over 10 pounds carry a flat rate of $5.95. USPS and UPS Ground are used to deliver orders.
Orders may ship from multiple locations and may not all arrive on the same day or in the same package. Most orders will ship within 24 hours of purchase. You will be contacted if a problem arises where an order cannot be shipped within 2 business days of the purchase date.
Insurance is issued for free up to $100. If you’d like to purchase a higher amount of insurance please click this sentence or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once orders are marked as shipped they cannot be edited. If you’d like to cancel or reroute an order once it has shipped, you may be subject to the cancellation or reroute fees charged by the shipping carrier.
Returns are accepted within 15 days of the date of shipment as long as the products are undamaged, in their original packaging, and in re-sellable condition.
Any return Product that arrives to Get Healthy Live Better used, opened, or in poor condition will not be entitled to a refund. Notification of rejected returns will be sent via email.
Food and drink products cannot be returned according to US law, therefore refunds for food and drink products will not be issued.
If an item is damaged during shipment, please contact the carrier directly. Every order has insurance of $100 included.
Inbound and/or outbound shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount depending on the reason. A 10% restocking fee will apply to most returns.
